Gulf-Pixels is not responsible for the content of linked or referred websites, the only responsible party is the author/owner of the respective pages not the one who linked to them.

·         The minimum purchase is one block of 10x10 which is 100 pixels and the maximum is whatever pixels available.

·         Once you paid and your account is activated you will not get refund of any kind.

·         Gulf Pixels is not responsible for the content of external websites although at the time of activation we check link/image.

·         NO link/Image of Adult/Porn/Obscene/illegal/Drug/Gambling/Casinos/Pyramid Companies and inappropriate content of any kind will be accepted, if you have question please send us Email to Pixel[at]Gulf-pixels.com. In case your link/image is rejected you will have opportunity to send us alternatives.

·         If you change your website content to violates our terms and conditions mentioned above after activation, your link will be suspended until you provide a new one and if it is for second time you will be deleted from Gulf-pixels respectfully without any notice and your pixels will be available for others again. Please note that we keep suspended users data for only a week and after the 7th day it will be deleted.

·         The image size should not be bigger than 250kb maximum with one of these 3 formats GIF/JPG/PNG. Additionally you MUST have the copy right of link/image you provide.

·         Once your account activated you have the opportunity to change the link you have provided meanwhile we hold the right for Gulf-Pixels to decide.

·         We will activate your account in usually less than 4 days after receiving your request but Gulf-Pixels do not grantee that your link will be activated in the mentioned timeframe Although we will try our best.

·         We are not responsible for server/technical/maintenance site downtime which is not in our hand and generally terms know as Act Of God but we are doing our best to keep downtime in minimum.
